About billing
What happens if I cancel?
You go back to Free. Nothing is deleted: your events, library and pictures stay, and the booth keeps working. You can no longer add Pro-only setup such as a new organizer link.
Will a payment problem stop my gig?
No. Changing or losing a plan never interrupts a live event, and Pro stays on for three days while a failed payment is retried.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe. You pay on the web, and you can manage or cancel your plan from the billing page at any time.
Do you take a cut of my tips?
No. Tips go straight to the payment link you set up. Cue[Add] never touches that money.
Are prices final?
These are the prices at launch, shown in euros, and they may change. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.
